Hi Ladies! This blog will be a place to post my DT creations, my personal cards and layouts, pics of my kids, random thoughts, card challenges, card sketches, and really, just whatever I feel like talking about! 
A little about myself, I’m Carla, married to my sweetie for 16 yrs, a SAHM to 4 wonderful kids ranging in age from 3-16. My dh works midnights, so you’ll find me here late at night relaxing after the kids are in bed chatting on msn and hanging out!
My hangout is a fabulous site called Lil’ Scrappers!! A totally scrumptious Canadian store, gallery, and a message board that’s loads of fun and busting at the seams!! I’m also a proud DT Co-ordinator at LS and would for you to come on over and play!

Your watercolor card samples using Prismacolor pencils are GREAT! I’ve purchased Prismacolor pencils (not watercolor) and mineral spirits; however, the color does not ‘melt’…the line is still evident. I’ve tried several different types of papers without success. Any suggestions? Am anxious to use this technique on Easter cards…have used the watercolor w/water-brush and love how that looks but really like the bright colors of this technique!

Just located your ‘spot’ and have really enjoyed looking it over. My sister in Virginia ‘forced’ me to start making greeting cards. At the time, I swore I would never scrapbook, then we went on a cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver. Now I have a 11 ft x 14 ft former bedroom crammed with supplies and need to make room for all the other new items I always seem to find at Michael’s, ACMoore, JoAnn’s, and Hobby Lobby, not to mentioned on the online stores available. Need I say, it’s stacked from floor to ceiling? This hobby is addictive (lol), isn’t it? Oh, I live in Florida.
