Gallery Idol Round 1 Voting begins!! & Bitten By The Bug!

Morning ladies!!   Hope everyone had a great night! I didn’t do too much, worked on my L’il Scrappers Kit (got a couple LO’s done so far) and chatted on MSN with a friend… nothing earth shattering..

 Today however, is an exciting day!! The first round of Gallery Idol cards are up!!  So, you have 20 gorgeous cards done by 20 super talented ladies to drool over!! The hard part is choosing which one to vote for!! This week’s Top 20 will be pared down to the Top 15! Ack!! I’d love to make it to the next round, so i’m crossing my fingers!! This weeks Gallery Idol card was to be a Wedding themed card.. I dug out the gorgeous Wedding Collection by Making Memories (i’m SOOO hooked on this stuff its not even funny! lol) and created my wedding card for the Top 20.. I wanted it to be sophisticated & classic, with a little bit of “funky” thrown in, but in my true style… hopefully it does the trick! Whatcha think ladies??

Materials: Making Memories Wedding Collection, Prima Lace, Tulle (forget who makes this stuff) Cricut Expression & Storybook Cartridge, Heidi Swapp Clock & Crowns, ZVA Creative Pearls, Pink Paislee Alphabet Stickers, Prima Blossoms, Bazzill Cardstock, Cosmo Cricket Blackboard Chipboard.

Now I have my BBTB (Bitten By The Bug) DT card to show you this week!! It’s such a cute cut, I had fun playing this week with it!! Regina challenged us to use the House cut from Wild Card (Amazing cartridge!!!!) and this is what I came up with!

Materials: Prism CS, Stampin’ Up paper, Cricut Expression & Wild Card Cartridge, Prima Blossoms, KaiserCraft Pearls, Basic Grey Button, Making Memories Alpha Stickers.
