Morning ladies! Lots going on this week!!!

Beautiful but cold day here so far… supposed to warm up this afternoon a bit though.. so that’s good! Have a card to share with you today and a sneak peek of Alicia’s Sheetload of Cards!! YUM! I have to tell you.. this new issue looks fabulous!!

Let’s start off with my card.. I had a ‘card kit’ swap on Lil’ Scrappers (www.lilscrappers.ca) and this is what I did with my kit… sorry for the bad lighting.. cloudy day, and i’ve had a head cold for the last few days along with my sick girls.. so such is life. lol!

I’d love to share a pic of my birthday baby with you too.. she is now officially the big *ONE*!! Such a doll she is!!

I thought about cloning out the drool, but decided to leave it.. she is teething like crazy, and this is what she’s going through at this point in her “babyhood”, so I left it! Will one day be a sweet memory!

Hello ladies!

How’s your day going? I’m having a wonderful day!! The other day I posted a card with a ’smudge’ from my Nikon D80 camera, so had to buy something to clean the sensor with.. I ended up going with the Arctic Butterfly, which cleaned my sensor , but I still had dust flecks in my pics/viewfinder.. blah! So I went out today and found a Rocket Blower cleaning kit at Blacks, grabbed that… it worked like a charm! I really didn’t want to have to send my camera to Nikon for cleaning, and now don’t have to! So am glad I won’t have to be without my ‘baby’.. lol! So i’m a happy camper! Perfect pics again! Yay!!! lol!

Some Happy News to share!!

Ok ladies.. i’m SO happy and excited to share this news with you! I usually don’t submit but decided to try a couple places in the last couple weeks, and have been picked up by Australian Paper Crafts!!! They have asked for my March Paper Salon DT Altered card tin & 5 matching notecards, along with 3 of my April. Making Memories DT cards!!! So.. you can watch for me in print in some upcoming issues!! Thanks for letting me share my news!

Yet another gorgeous day here.. wow! I cannot believe this summer weather we’re having! My condolences to those of you in the Alberta area.. lol!

I’m having a long day here.. Miss Mya was up at 3:30 am and decided to stay up for a couple hours.. so i’ve already been up for 12 hrs and the day is only half over.. so this is going to be a short post. Not having the best of days today.. so i’ll spare you the details and just share my card with you..

*Note: The black smudge is NOT on the card.. my D80 needs a sensor cleaning.. blah!
